Q: When will my order ship?

A: Epoxy tumblers currently have a 2-3 week processing time. Non epoxy items have a 3-5 business day processing time. This allows your personalized item to be ready for use upon receipt.

Q: Do you take custom and/or personalized orders?

A: Yes we can perform personalize orders. We just ask that you please leave all custom details in the personalization / notes section. If you do not indicate font or color, the default will be whatever is shown in the listing photos.

Q: How to care for your epoxy tumbler?

A: Do not leave outside, in a hot car, or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Make every effort not to drop as epoxy may crack; they are durable...but not indestructible.Do not put in the microwave or in the dishwasher. The high temperature and steam from your dishwasher damages the vacuum seal. Hand wash only with soft non-abrasive cloth.

Q: What kind of tumblers do you use?

A: All tumblers are either from Makerflo, Stainless Steel Company or Hogg brand. All tumblers used are double wall, vacuum sealed stainless steel.

Q: Does the tumblers come with lids and straws?

A: All ordered tumblers come with lids included, except handled mugs, come with straws.

Q: Why don't your items look similiar?

A: Please remember that these are handmade items, so some slight imperfections may occur but nothing that should effect the overall quality of your tumbler.
