We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES as each item is "handmade" upon purchase. However, should there be a flaw in your item please reach out to use within 3-5 business days so that we may work out a satisfactory resolution.
What if I receive my order and it’s damaged, can I return it then?
If you received your order and it is damages upon arrival, please complete the following: Send an e-mail to gracefullyglitteredgifts@gmail.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Damaged Order Received
- Email: please provide order number, tracking number date received and pictures to show evidence of damage within 48 hours of receiving package.
- Once the item is shipped back to Gracefully Glittered no later than 3 days after point of contact, you can request a full refund or a replacement of the same order.
- **Please note: since this is art, you will not receive the exact item but something very similar to the original. Also, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of the item back to Gracefully Glittered.
