Constant use and strain will cause the life of the reel to be shorter. Please refrain from placing multiple IDs or items on the badge as this will put more weight and stress on the reel and may lead to retracting failure or clip breakage. These can break or lead to a defect in the badge reel if it is dropped or knocked against hard surfaces, placed under a lot of stress or weight, or prolonged exposure to sun, heat, or water.

Processing Time
All orders (excepts custom orders) will be shipped out in 7-14 business days from the date your order was processed.
You will receive an email or text message including the tracking number from gracefully glittered once your order has been shipped.
Once you received your tracking number from Gracefully Glittered, you must follow up with the delivery service with your tracking number to check on the delivery status.
