- Cold water only: Hot water can weaken the adhesive holding the rhinestones in place.
- Gentle cycle: Use your washing machine's gentle cycle to minimize agitation and prevent rhinestones from falling off.
- Mild detergent: Avoid harsh detergents that could damage the adhesive.
- No fabric softener: Fabric softener can also weaken the adhesive.
- Air dry only: Lay the garment flat to dry, do not tumble dry.
- Spot clean if needed: If you need to spot clean, carefully dab the stain with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
DO NOT:
- Dry clean: Dry cleaning chemicals can also damage the rhinestones.
- Iron directly on rhinestones: The heat from an iron can melt the rhinestones.
- Bleach: Bleach can damage the fabric and the rhinestones
Processing Time
All orders (excepts custom orders) will be shipped out in 7-14 business days from the date your order was processed.
You will receive an email or text message including the tracking number from gracefully glittered once your order has been shipped.
Once you received your tracking number from Gracefully Glittered, you must follow up with the delivery service with your tracking number to check on the delivery status.
